Kris, would like you to document your recovery in the gym and outside, including how you feed yourself through this process. The changes in macros, biohacks and supplements etc. The greater the detail the better.

I have documented several injury rehabs in the past such as use of stem cells, peptides, redlight, PEMF, etc. I may source cartilage 3d printing for my shoulder

You said in one of your past videos (it was a shoulder training mostly with plates) that you don't understand those who don't train. Given the fact that, as humans, we have the ability to do it and to optimise our body's potential. That's one of the best and most inspirational sentences I've ever heard. For this reason I would suggest to avoid in the future activities like skying or snowboarding. As those activities could put at risk your (great) ability to train. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

I appreciate your consideration but people have been telling me to stop participating in extreme sports since I was a little child racing motocross. I have likely torn tendons and ligaments over 20 times (hamstring, meniscus, tricep and shoulder via snowboarding). This is the sacrifice I am willing to make to enjoy my sports of choice

Ah, bit of a bummer but hopefully post surgery and stem cells you’ll have a bulletproof rest of 2025! Your mindset and will power is astounding when it comes to pushing through so I know you’ve got this, sending ALLLLL the positive healing vibrations✨

So what are you going to do about the cartilage would stem cells would stem cells heal all of it and curious to know whats the level of tear in the meniscus?
@shreyanshagarwal40132 күн бұрын
@krisgethin I have cartilage degeneration(because of a severe injury))in my ankle and that's causing my stiffness because of that I am unable to go back to jump and sprint so what would be your preferred choice it's been 18months any suggestions where can a 3d cartilage can be done never heard of it before

Miniscus is bad enough that Doctors say needs surgery. Im doing stem cells this month in Mexico but Im also looking into Cartilage 3D printing
