Amy your atrue boater when you can hang your washing out anywhere, the pub railings was a good idea and I really like the spinning clothes line, also that trolly handle, maybe if you could buy a latte table brolly, that will give you great shade. You both are so good with taking on most jobs that need doing on your boat. You search how to do job, get the necessary materials and off you go. Great job with blacking. Are you going to change the name on boat? Hope you had great time on your camp out. I think every time you buy chips,you should score them out of 10.🤣❤
@BoatTime2 жыл бұрын
Haha it has to be one sometimes when you live on the tow path 😋😋 Thank you! We try to give it all a go best we can 😊 We hope to change the name one day, but it will be when we repaint the boat so it can have the new shiny name on the paint job! 😊

Put your Brolly mate on your removable tiller handle as near to the wooden handle as possible, the brolly will then give you better shade. Glad the blacking got finished.

Awesome vlog. Just so idyllic. Did you know with the long lead if you tie knots every 2-3 feet then should Rufus make a dash you just stand on the lead and the next knot will stop it. Looking forward to your next vlog. Stay safe and best wishes.

Amy Wes, Rufus and Dupes, another excellent Vlog. Glad your blacking went really well, you guys worked so hard on your boat. You did a great walk thru the fields, glad you found your way back. Loving the way you both love to explore. Great to see Rufus running around on his long lead. So funny at the end of the Vlog, Rufus would only obey if his Mummy called him. Lovely seeing Dupes with his harness on having a little walk. When you went to the pub, I immediately thought "CHIPS", which made me smile. I'm sure that on some of my shopping deliveries I have been short on occasions. Have a fantastic week. Take Care.

What a wonderful feelgood vlog today. Even the animals were friendly. Seeing those sheep in the meadows reminded me of 'Sheep May Safely Graze' by Johann Sebastian Bach. Normally it is performed with a string quartet and flutes or recorders, there might even be a soprano singer. My all time favourite is the version of Wendy Carlos on Moog synthesizer, the singer versions are rare and not always performed beautifully. Well enjoy your summer on your lovely refurbished narrowboat, and thank you for sharing, you both did very well!

Love your vlogs. Just wondered about the washing line holder. If you put the t-bar holder on the other way so ducky is nearer the end of the tiller I wondered if you’d get more support? I don’t know how to explain it better.

Excellent vlog, lovely to see you both again! One comment i'd make is instead of Fertan, try using Vactan as that creates an undercoat also that you just paint onto - much easier than washing off Fertan.

im no expert here and it may have been mentioned, i saw you were trying to replicate of that guys videos from Crusing the cut, i was also surprised by the method he used in the video for the rust, but it worked so well, the tool/ attachment you were missing for that multitool, was some kind of diamond/tile cutter attachemnt, he was maninging to get back to metalk really easy. just for future ease, grab one if you not already :)
