fucking read the comment before you're gonna be a dick. what we see here is a snippet of how she warms up before a meet. there's no explanations of what she's doing, why she's doing it or how she's doing it. it may be very different from other warmup routines of her's, depending on what she's gonna train. i think a lot of people would love a video that goes more in-depth.

bbrock RailFan when you train at that degree you constantly train your rotator cuffs. Building the small tissue muscles and always perfect form you should have no issue whatsoever.
