Oh wow, thank you so so much, that means a lot ❤️ it takes a lot of time to put these videos together, so to get this kind of feedback is everything 🙏🏼 my training has been really great actually, I was suffering with some hip issues, but I think over time they will strengthen. I've been working on 7km runs, but in the last week had to stop as i've been so exhausted, trying to hand rear dumped 2 day old puppies, with no mum, but they all passed away unfortunately. But i'll get back on the running soon! Thanks for your support ❤️

Do they have a Chiropractor in your area, an adjustment on your hips and spine may be helpful. I haven't run in a couple of years, but your previous video inspired me to start again, my goal is four days a week. I'm so sorry for those little pups, that must take an emotional toll on you. Please be mindful of your well-being. Maybe do a little ritual to honor the wee ones and to help mark their short-lived journey. Have a beautiful week!

Will you be saving the elephant s that are chained their legs and beaten them with a Bull Hook and the dogs and cows that are tied to trees and chained, birds and other animals that are caged in small cages even in some people's houses.
