Hi luchin. Many thanks for your video. 2 weeks ago i was in excruciating pain, as i suffer with scoliosis in the back. I followed you video and i felt this was working. I mentioned you to a physician and they agreed with me on your technique. I have now ourchased a coil ring for massaging the fingers, where i role it back and forth, i feel lighter these days and will continue to exercise with no more meds. What a good idea! There are six meridians run through the fingers, and there are many acupressure points being stimulated when you massage your fingers. So it’s not a surprise that you are feeling better, with less med! 😀

I use a manual wheelchair so back tention is areal issue. For me i have used these points before but your exercises(as always) are always far more effective in explanation so are far more after application by far the best instructor on this channel Thank you 🙏
