Hello mrs LiChin, thank you for this session. I have my neck fused until T01. So i cannot move my neck. Can i activate C07 for example with gentle tapping?

Thank you LuChin, I was suffering simultaneously from headache caused I believe by a head cold along with, neck pain from sleeping in the wrong position , and a strained shoulder from shoulder presses. All on the left side! Your practice has been so very helpful in relieving my pain. I’ll continue and incorporate Qigong into my self care ✨Be blessed

Hello, LuChin! I found your channel a view weeks ago and so far I like every video, because they are very gentle and mindful. Exactly what I need right now if I want to move my body, but also decompress, release tension and peace within. I would enjoy a similar video, but with more time to hold the poses and really deepen into the exercise. Do you have this already? I am excited to try more of your videos. what is the recommended amount of time to take in which to make this most effective? thank you. sometimes i am more rapid, in a hurry. other times, more relaxed and slower.
