Superset: 3 sets total (rest after completing all exercises)
Cable Y pull 12 reps
Cable row 10 reps
Seated face pull 12 reps
Single-arm row 12 reps
Face pull 12 reps 3 sets
Cable delt flys 12 reps 3 sets
Upright rows 10 reps 3 sets
Close grip row 10 reps 2 sets
Cable side raises 10 reps 2 sets
Single-arm lat pulldown (1 set across and 1 set straight down)
Kneeling lat pulldown 12 reps 4 sets
Dumbbell lateral side raises 10 reps 3 sets
Around the world 20 reps 2 sets
Barbell shoulder press 20 reps 1 set

Hey everyone! Hope you are all well especially with what's going on in the world at the moment. I know most people aren't able to access the gym at the moment, I filmed this workout last weekend so just wanted to get it up. I will be doing more at-home workouts both with and without equipment so I will film those and try to get some recipe videos and ideas for easy meals using the basics and staple pantry ingredients. Nice you are back with the workout videos. I don't feels so comfortable going to a gym. So I'm really looking forward to the home workout videos =) So far no virus outbreak in the town I live in. I live in the north part of Sweden.

I wish I liked things plain. I'd need a bunch of tahini or some kind of sauce for the lettuce and quinoa. Maybe your taste buds adjust over time?

Jennifer Valentine the seasonings and lime juice are fine for the most part. If i feel like adding sauce or a dressing I do. I’m not fussed haha

3:00 No ofence, but I think women should not train upper body at all. It's just unesthetic for a girl. Lower body training gives you just enough stimulus for upper body too (moving weights for example)... Nice exercise form btw.
