The deep crimson robes of The Order of Our Martyred Lady are part of their iconic look on the tabletop, and needn't be a challenge to paint whether you're an old hand or a newcomer to the hobby.
This one goes out to a buddy of mine in the US who's just starting their Adepta Sororitas force and beginning to paint miniatures for the first time, so say "Hi gote!" and good luck!
Drybrushing has a funny reputation in some circles for being a simple or only very basic technique, which isn't really the whole story. With a bit of care taken you can get pretty good results out of a drybrush, which will certainly look impressive across a whole army's worth of miniatures! It's a technique to practice and keep as part of your skill set no matter how long you've been painting, and you'll keep coming back to it once you've nailed down your method.
