Love bucking off the tractor! I got sick of losing measuring sticks so I made a few from dowel rod and painted them orange! The 500i was cutting nicely, then the forks hit. My stacker has a similar start switch. Buster is still plenty fast turned down a bit.

Great video. We are prepared as much as I can for hurricane Lee. Used my garden tractor to push rounds out of the Fiona pile to the splitter. Beats walk-in back and forth. I see Karen has her boots on. These boots are made for stacking. 🤭 And, I had to rewatch how to get your stacking machine going a few times. 🤭 Your getting back in the groove with the sawing and splitting Phil. That’s good. So, hope fully no damage from Hurricane Lee for you guys. Have a great day.
@AllenFamilyFirewood Жыл бұрын
Thanks Noel probably wont amount to much here but cant hurt to have a plan just in case . Karens coming around to the idea of wearing work boots slowly . The tractor works great for pushing the rounds closer much better than walking for them . I think its going to take a bit to build my arm back up its ben over 2 months of not using it an the strength is gone but a tank of gas threw the saw every day will build it up fast im thinking .

Thx for great video! I would buy a Sappie if I was her, to bend over might harm your back in the long run. A Husqvarna Sappie 80cm or perhaps a Fiskars, the fiskars are great but they are light which is not always a great thing since if you dont hit hard enough using your arm your sappie might bounce of the wood instead of get stuck in the wood. Just a thought, your doing great! :)
