We stayed in that exact village in 2019, it was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had sleeping beneath the stars in that desert :D Great to watch this video and also know that you stayed there! At 3:16 is the place we stayed called badal house lol

What I notice from these older adventures, is the huge improvement in the video and audio work over the years. Not only the upgrade in the equpiment Gabe is using, but the skill in actual filming. Goes to show filming and editing quality video content is an aquired skill. He has evolved into a regular John Ford, lol!

The more you travel, the more you see that there are so many wonderful things in the world. It can be difficult to settle for something great when you can see that there could always be something better just round the next corner. Travel can sometimes simply be about a quest for perfection. This quest for perfection that we are looking for,we found just now in your video so the only that we have to say on you: Huge thank you and keep going!!!!!!!!

Lol, the goat is the one I always remember. The comedy was only enhanced by the phrasing in the original title "attacked by a crazed goat" 😂😂 I want a Kashmir trip next year, possibly Iran too. Really want to continue to travel some during my anthropology course. It's a v different perspective doing it this late in life. They'd love you man, with your experience of travel and culture plus your visual and written reportage you'd be a gift to academia.

@@UNPAVEDTV Awesome! Similar to Gabriel we took the toy train up to Simla then a bus to Manali. It was February so couldn't go further north as the roads were closed. Ended up returning south to Corbett NP to see tigers in the wild, Varanasi, then on to Nepal. Himachal Pradesh is a beautiful state to explore and I'd love to go back! 👍

Why did you start reuploading old videos? Are you not filming new videos anymore?
@dreamthedream89293 жыл бұрын
Some youtube travel content creators do that these days. Walters world for example has been uploading videos recorded before the covid pandemic. I think amazing places on our planet channel also has been posting videos recorded before that. If you have a nice footage from 10 years ago nothing is keeping you from uploading it on KZbin. Why not?
@GabrielTravelerVideos3 жыл бұрын
I'm back home in northern California hanging out and not filming anything new. Not much to film around here that I haven't already done. So I'm going through some old footage that I thought people might enjoy. Not much left I can work with so there probably won't be much more of the old stuff. But no big travel plans in the works either, so things might be a bit boring for a while until I decide to head out on another trip somewhere interesting.
