@@backtohome Thank you fo the update. Usually electricians provide phase and neutral alone to ceiling fans and no earth wire. Since you have purchased atomberg fans you can observe the manual for the earthing part mentioned.

Basically, എനിക്ക് Electrical works നെ കുറിച്ച് വലിയ ധാരണ ഇല്ല.. But, താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ earth wire കൊടുത്തോ എന്ന് ഇപ്പോൾ electrician നോട് എടുത്തു ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, ഇല്ല എന്ന് ആണ് അദ്ദേഹം answer പറഞ്ഞത്. Just neutral and phase കൊടുത്തു അത്രേ... അപ്പോൾ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ fan ഉം at risk ആണ്.. Fan ന് അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാറില്ല അത്രേ( That's his response) .. വലിയ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ആണ് അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാറ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.. എനിക്ക് ഈ ഒരു ഏരിയ ഒരു പിടിയും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല.. Let's see!! Installation ഒക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ആണ് വീഡിയോക്ക് വേണ്ടി detail ആയി പഠിച്ചത്.. ഇനി പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് കാര്യം ഇല്ല.. താങ്കൾ ചോദിച്ചത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത്രേം detail ആയി ഞങ്ങളും നോക്കിയത്.

i bought 2 atomberg fans in 2018,back when they were called gorilla fans and had only one model.Remote is a great convenience.Orikal orennathinte board adich poyarn,engana aan enn orma ila,but i rarely turn the power off and only switch off from the remote.enthayalum if i remember right they responded quickly in about a day i think,and came and replaced the board at home,oru 1-1.5 hour enganum edth kanum fix cheyan maximum.and speed 1 is enough at most times,maatarila avden.sound low aan,wind noise aan mainly.oru negetive parayanel ,athinta middle il oru red led ind and if power is on ,ath kathi kedakum,annoying aan rathri . they fixed that in newer models i think

We did waterproofing for terrace using Fosroc with the help of a professional team.. Rest is same as any other procedure.. After waterproofing, they plastered the surface.. That's all

In respect to air delivery no other fan in the market can beat Crompton cromair because of its superb airodinamic design. When they provide 5 year warranty means definitely they expected it's life beyond that period. Only issue I can point out about this product it's old fashioned design.

Even ordinary fans burn out when lightening strikes. To get it repaired costs Rs. 500 if you take it to the repair shop or more if you ask someone to take down the fan and reinstall after repair....normally a PCB of a Bldc fan costs around 600/- to 650/-.....so not much difference in cost...still Bldc fan worth the cost considering the cost saving in electricity bill
