I've had years and years of cooking eggs and my best method is the non-stick pan, a little oil of your choice just to coat the pan,and a lid on to steam the tops. Just lift all out as one and separate them on the plate after cooking as desired. Good all in one recipe...thanks!

We make these sandwiches often . Always break the yolks,fry up some luncheon meat ham, in stead of bacon. We add tomatoes, onion, cheese& mayo. We just toast the bread. Pickles on the side. So good.

We have grilled egg bacon, and cheese sandwiches also. I do make mine a little different than you. I spread the butter on only one side and only one side is grilled. Each person has their own ways. This is a very good sandwich how ever you make it. I also enjoy a thin slice of tomato on mine every now and then. Love a good grilled cheese with tomato soup.

I make Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches often. One thing that will make the outside of the bread even more golden brown is if you smear soft butter on the slices in addition to butter on the griddle. I've also made it with mayo on the outside! Super yummy!

I had a problem with buttering the bread for grilling! I tried using real mayo and it browns nicely...not soggie at all! Love your tomato slices on your sandwich!

I've been making a very similar sandwich for years. The major difference with mine is that I use flatbread instead of sliced bread. I've also made it with a variety of breakfast meats other than bacon.

I use a cover to cook the tops rather than flip, unless I’m cooking over hard. I eat mine with bacon egg over hard and tomato. No cheese. Not with eggs. Try a regular grilled cheese with pepperoni. It’s a favorite in my house. You can use any cheese, some prefer mozzarella or provolone.

We love it, it cooks evenly and is super easy to clean. My husband just heats up the griddle and pours water on it and wipes it up.
