I like the fact that you did em whole. Most videos cut em in half, but I want that whole jalapeño. We just cut the tops off and stuff em, but the stem still on looks really cool. Thank you, great video. Doin em on a rack on top of a sheet pan is a good idea too, no mess on your grill grates. Also, if you wanna kick it up a notch, add whatever leftover smoked meat you have into the stuffing. It could be leftover ribs, brisket, beef ribs, pork butt. Literally anything.

I just got into this grilling and smoking thing. I went and bought a Pitt Boss 850 pellet grill and fell in love with it. I love poppers. I am going to make these this weekend and take to the deer camp where we go sit by a campfire and eat and drink. When the guys say these are the best I will point them your way......

These are fantastic I ate them at a friends house and he had a recipe card with each appetizer with the makers name on it. These were inhaled within 15 min of putting them out! He had an easy 75 of them out there. All the other appetizers were still out there waiting for people to grab them. What’s that tell you? Word got around fast to try these first. Awesome Brother!! By the way there were 10 appetizers out total including yours. Yours got. INHALED!!!

I like the idea of cutting them in half then the top half off. I like keeping mine whole but it sucks cleaning them out. Your way will be much easier. Nice work.

Another fantastic cook, you do your peppers just like I do and they turn out great. One thing I do different is I take all the seeds and insides put them in my slap chopper chop them up real small and mix them in with the cream cheese. It gives your poppers a real nice kick. Buy you a apple corer too get the seeds out . Cut the stem off then work the corer in to the pepper . works really well.!!

stem on stem off? That's a choice. Does the customer eat the whole thing of throw some of the work away. rational thing is eat it all, so gotta core that stem and leave the round of the end. what would do that? take the stem out and leave the end? Your cut is the first way I've seen can be done where you could fine knife the stem out. will be a hole, but shroud it in the bacon. . well done.

When you cut them the way I did, they fit together like it was never cut open. Then you get a good wrap with the bacon and it kinda acts like the glue to keep it together.

I love heat to my food, so I totally agree with you. But not everyone can or likes to eat spicy food. When you are making them for people who like milder food then you have to make it the way they can eat it.
