Life Tip: Don’t do what this guy did to me not once, but TWICE on one date. Stay safe out there in the dating world, and be wary of Bumble and Tinder. Bad dates happen, but they make for good stories!

Hi Friends,
My name is Jacy, your resident Curly Hair Extraordinaire! I’m out in Los Angeles living my best life, hanging with family, and being silly in the process. I like to make videos exploring the city, testing out new projects, and telling fun stories about myself along the way. I'd love for you to stick around to share some laughs.

Oh wow I've only just watched your previous bad date story, looking forward to hearing this one 🤣 I've just had a bad date experience myself where a guy I met on a dating app asked me at 9pm if I'd go on a drive with him on a cold, dark rainy October night, for our first ever meeting? Seemed super dodgy. He kept trying to bulldoze my boundaries and when he realised it wouldn't work he started insulting me under the guise of jokes and called me a cougar as I'm older than him. He was horrible! I feel much better knowing it's not just me meeting these bad apples.

Omg "Bulldoze my Boundaries" is an incredible line. I'm so sorry you had to go through that! Dating can be fun, but they're definitely balanced with some awful dates in there. Just be safe and enjoy the good ones.

You do have a really unusual good talent for telling stories, i have worked in theater and media and i imagine that i have aqquired an "ear" for this talent (but i can't prove that here, i just want to tell where i am coming from with my opinions below) i am absolutely convinced of that if you told stories like this, from your life or others lives it would be the thing that explodes you on youtube, I've spent hundreds of hours listening to what people do on the stage and help them adjust to find their best way to tell stories on stage you nail almost all of the generl "boxes" really well, and you do it naturally on top of everything. That it's natural makes it even better, much better! My humble suggestion is that you go all-in on storytelling like this, study the art of storytelling by reading about it and studying others, etc but keep your natural thing, develop it and experiment so, why am i doing this?, why am i engaging in trying to inspire you become big on youtuber? is it because your beautiful and i am just trying to flirt with you? no its not, i am gay, tho you are very very beautiful of course :-)! the reason is, that i watched many many other storytelling videos the same night i found yours, and i found that you have something in your ways that in my theatre, we would call "healing quality". it is a real thing, its when an actor beyond what they're "doing" and beyond their acting, have a something natural that they can't turn off, that makes peoples wounds heal and makes their well being become refilled, (in theatre we are forced to invent words that dont exist for things that cant be described - and shouldn't be described by anyone outside of this business) im not sure if its needed, you probably understood from what i wrote already but to be sure that you understand, 100 percent sure, because i think it is that important that you do, please allow me to talk raw inside the office walls only theatre language with you for a moment this quality that you have cant be bought for money, and so people infinitely appreciate when they get it for free, without taking it from someone else. this world is really starved of well being and healing and most people are desperate, for it for good reasons, but there is nobody around to give it out but on the stage, it is possible to heal a thousand people for the price of none, if its a natural quality it is the perfect match! giving good things without it costing anyone anything! i want to help you because i see a possibility for you to do a lot of good, for millions of other people, and become famous at the same time! seems a deal too good to be true, but in this case, it is true! I get out of this that if i inspired you do a lot of good for others, just by writing a letter (this became more of a letter then a comment) then i have done a lot of good too, with very little effort, and this makes it a good deal for me! i want to add that it is extremely hard making it by doing the other kinds of videos that you have made since there are a trillion other channels that already do that, to become big doing that yo have to be very good at overkill and overdoing everything to reach out through the screen better than everyone else when everyone else screams people expect you to scream! but in storytelling people zoom in, listen in, and want exactly what you already have, so this way you already are unique without any effort!

That last line happened to me.😆 My right ear is slightly deformed and I can't hear out if it. The annoying overly friendly entitled priest at my church who was very soft spoken, apparently said 'hi' to me in a loud crowded hallway every Sunday, on my right ear for months? Years? I don't know. I just remember him always staring at me as I walked by. I didn't figure it out until he asked me why I was so rude one day. He looked so embarrassed once I told him I was deaf in that ear and couldn't hear his quiet voice over everyone else with my other ear. He never said hi to me again. Praise Buddha. 🙌🏽

Okay I’m married to a guy now for 7 years who was also a veteran and told me the same things your date told me. Granted I was 49, divorced. I had been married 14 years with two kids. Pretty much found out our whole marriage was a lie. Smooth talker, shallow and a liar and a cheater. So at this point in my life I wanted straightforwardness. And I love deep conversations over superficial ones. The few stories he told didn’t bother me. (Btw I’ve learned way worse things he’s been through. Horrific things from the military. I would guess this was the tip of the iceberg from your date too.) Now when I was your age would I have felt the same way? I don’t know. These guess have been through hell. All I know is I’m happily married for 7 years now and he’s awesome.

@@swejyotimitra6450I have a ptsd diagnosis but I wasn't offended. It's OK if she can't handle ptsd, not everyone can. That's what dating is for, to find out about eachother and learn any potential deal breakers. Not everyones deal breakers are the same, ie for me smoking is a deal breaker but for other women it's not. I definitely think when we're older we look for different things in partners, she looks young and was just dating casually. It's OK to not want to take on certain types of baggage, better to be honest about it early on and part ways so you can find other people you're better matched with.

It's disgusting that this poor man has been through absolute Hell, in a toxic relationship, and serving his country, even getting injured protecting our freedoms, and you all call that cringe. Even mocking his disability. You should be ashamed. Also stop dating dudes that you have no interest in. It's called leading someone on, and it's a shitty thing to do. You're just manipulating their emotions, taking advantage of their resources, time, and validation, with no genuine interest whatsoever. It's no different than committing fraud, and it makes you a terrible person.

I don't know why but I like this guy already... this girl was definitely expecting him to put her on a pedestal and bend over backwards to please her, he treated her like what she is, another woman, at this point she also hasn't demonstrated anything special about her for him to be all gentleman about it all... I love this guy. As soon as you realize there will be no sex or no good possibility of sex and the woman is this sensitive and standoffish, feeling herself the prize or something, than do as you please, and screw it if she doesn't like it... remember people, he knew her better than she knew him, she didn't even know he drank at the bar before, she is all about her, but I bet you he did pay attention and observed her all those times she went to that bar!! So he knew her better than she imagined.
@user-vo8uc7qp3c
@user-vo8uc7qp3c 2 жыл бұрын
The guy didn’t share any true interest in her in the first place? He trauma dumped on her to gain “a connection” and then undid her bra in a public setting more than once even after noticing her discomfort. That’s weird. I don’t know of any circumstances where this would be normal behavior for taking someone out FOR THE FIRST TIME. Also if you watched the full story time she bought a round of drinks and participated throughout the whole date even when he crossed the line twice. She even offered to talk to him privately about what made her uncomfortable. I don’t see how she’s the “issue”. They just weren’t a good fit. No need to shame or point fingers.
@ggrthemostgodless8713
@ggrthemostgodless8713 2 жыл бұрын
@@user-vo8uc7qp3c No need to shame or point fingers?? isn't the what you're doing here?? You shared your point of view, the woman in the video did too, but we event heard from him, she seems playful (goofy?) like she is too cool for whatever place she is, I've seen this behavior on people who feel the opposite, it is a coping strategy> But even if it was a first date, they knew each other better than most people know each other, what did HE see in her all those times she went to the bar prior to this?? She wants to portray herself as an angel but that is unlikely... he known habits and behavior tells otherwise, that is not "shaming" anyone, it is what you can deduct by reasoning beyond the words, if you concentrate on the actions of both parties, don't you think she would have noticed this behavior prior if he is as nuts as he portrays him to be?? If she DIDN'T that also tells a different story about her narcissism. To each his own, what I said is what I got from it, you can believe her all she said, she is cute and likable and all that, most of it pretended, but that will end as soon as her beauty fades. Then all those quirks and goofiness will just be what why are, an annoyance. People tolerate this sort of woman for her beauty, if she didn't have that no one would put up with it, and by now the world, life, wold have told her to stop that crap. Is not like she didn't know what men want, even if she pretends he just wanted to know her great personality.

The guy in your story you've had a date with had probably read Models by Mark Mansion or something alike on the importance of vulnerability in attracting women. Unfortunately for him, he took it too seriously and went on being too transparent with you too quickly instead of keeping stuff for himself and filtering less and less of it as the relationship grew. He probably tried to manipulate you into being sympathetic towards him to spark feelings of compassion and love in you. Look into Mark Mansions's dating advice, particularly Models. It is one of the best advice I've read but men have to be careful in gauging how they approach it. The guy you were on a ''date'' with seemed to have used the advice as a technique instead of a way of approaching dating with honesty and being himself. Hanging out in a musical bar is not the place to share traumatizing experiences.

So... you're not willing to "take on so much baggage from this guy" but it is weird how often MOST women get offended if men don't want to deal with their baggage like kids or divorces etc... you are not a real man if you refuse all that, they confuse our willingness and desire to have sex with our willingness to have a long term relationship... and then they sit there all girly-like and are surprised, how can that be if I am so likable and wonderful and act like I am 15yo, all jumpy and disarming... but I am so close to the wall man!!

I see why he was pissed at Jessica for 5 years, having her named tattoed on his bicep, think about it you are reminded of her every time you take and shower and every time you go to bed, and every time you are ready to get busy with another girl and have to explain who "Jessica" is... I wonder if he became an alcoholic before or after Jessica.

You’re funny ! Loved your storytime 😊... (I guess he went into that part of his life because it plays a great deal of importance and it’s part of his story, he felt especially comfortable saying this because of the drinks, I’m sure. But I do carry a soft spot in my heart for the military because my siblings have had tours overseas and it can be a sad/happy subject at times.)

Thanks so much 🤗 and definitely, I guess he was just more comfortable with the situation than I was, especially considering some of the other actions he took 😬
