I've read so many comments telling her to slow down. Of course she can play slow, but it's more upbeat for the crowds when it's quicker. A slow bagpipe is often a very melancholy sound. Plus, playing fast showcases her finger skills. I like her. Well done.

its all fine and good to play fast but i noticed when she played cork hill she was missing notes because of the speed
@adamwiggins9865 Жыл бұрын
You have no clue what you’re talking about… she is garbling her low hand in order to go faster. Clean grace notes are a crisper sound that crack off the chanter loudly. Her Throws, strikes and doublings sound terrible. And although you think the up beat tempo is appropriate, I a cleanly played tune with proper holds and cuts can sound very upbeat.. fast isn’t an excuse for sloppy playing. And I can tell she’s experienced enough to know all her peers who actually play pipes would say the same as me.
@1111amyg Жыл бұрын
@@adamwiggins9865 I'm sick of you overly critical pipers and your egos. Instead of ripping on her, how about acknowledging how much effort it took for her to be a professional piper? She's busking, not at a competition. It's for the love of music, remember that. She's sharing music with the general public, not her piping peers.

WOW your a piper so fucking what! you and millions of us are! That doesn't make you a A grade player does it? So what if she smiles she is busking and thanking people for the donations. So what if she is playing fast she isn't in a comp Where's your vid of you playing solo? maybe you need to stfu until you're a champion A grade solo player not relying on the mass of pipes to cover your mistakes that you make. and you don't pipe FOR a band you pipe WITH a band.
