That looks great!! I heard someone did this but with curry instead of tomato paste..I would imagine that will also be tasty. I did a clean fridge cook up last week with a few bhaji leaves..half dead ochroes..pumpkin..saltfish..parsely stems and the usual aromatics with jasmine rice. It was delicious!!.I had it with some fried fish that was suffering in the freezer😄

Sounds like a PROPER meal Karmini! Honestly, those are usually the best dishes to prepare and enjoy. I almost went the curry route with this but decided not to at the last minute.
