This burns SOO GOODDD!! Coming from chloe tings videos, it felt like every single day it was a struggle for me to complete her workouts and on top of that I wasn’t even really feeling the burn in any of muscles. With this it’s hard but it doesn’t feel so hard to where I’m discouraged !! AND IT BURNS MIRE THAN ANY OTHER VIDEO IVE EVER DONE!

Ok, so i officially lost more than 100lbs, entered wonderland (198lbs but still )last week and i'm trying to gain muscle now. Fell upon your videos while preparing my gym program, i'm gonna give it a go and give you guys updates ! will try to take before -after picture and see what one month of your daily routines is gonna improve my body... Wish me luck !!! UPDATE DAY 1 : ok so i have done 3 out of the 5 work out i originally wanted to do (inner thigh- butt lift - slim waist ) i couldn't complete them all, my body was BURNING, but i did my best and felt amazing at the end ! love your energy ( might have cursed you during the inner thigh but it's all love), hope i will be able to complete them tomorrow !

There’s no such thing as spot reducing hun. You lose fat in general and some areas trim up faster than others (genetics). Only way to reduce fat is by creating a caloric deficit through eat less or working out more. The only way this workout is “blasting fat” is by creating a caloric deficit through exercise. The only way you can reduce the look of cellulite is to lose fat or gain more muscle. Also, FYI toning is just a fancy word for gaining muscle! Challenge yourself by adding some weights or resistance!

@@sophiaupshaw2499 i disagree , you can target belly fat by cutting out bpa, high fructose corn syrup, bananas (not baby), wheat, pretty much all dairy and meats, maltodextrin, caramel color, saccharin, citric acid, calcium carbonate, etc. yes you are right to some extent a workout isn’t going to target the one area, but it kind of does because it increases blood flow to that one area and squeezes the fat cells, the results probably won’t be noticeable though.

@@sophiaupshaw2499 and calories have nothing to do with weight loss, because a calorie is not a calorie. weight loss has everything to do with hormones, that’s why some people can stay skinny and eat a ton, but some people gain weight really easily. all the foods i listed before mess up your hormones and cause inflammation and mucus. stay away from inflammatory and mucus causing foods because that’s where disease lives in the body. but what i mean by a calorie isn’t a calorie is, who do you think would be feeling better and looking better if one person eats 2200 cals of processed inflammatory and mucus causing foods, while the other person eats 2200 cals of alkaline vegan foods?

I love your short workouts. It offers alot of freedom to choose a few of them, but each can stand alone. So I can do a longer workout with be a few different workouts or repeat one video to build up my strength or just do one. Day 2: ALREADY SEE CHANGES AHHHH ❤️ Day: 4: Almost forgot to update aghh! This is working so well, i see so much changeee!!!! Day 5: KILLING IT my cellulite has reduced! Day7: I am so proud I’m gonna stop updating but my reccomendations is to avoid much salt, greased, processed, junk food! After 2 weeks of doing this trust me your cellulite will not be as visible as before! Now you can repeat this or move onto more intense butt workouts!

*35 booty bridges *15 booty bridges with right leg lifted *Lift and lower your right leg while in booty bridge position with foot pointed/straight *15 booty bridges with left leg lifted *Lift and lower left left leg just like the right one *20 up and down balancing on right leg *do same on left leg * 10 back and forth leg balancing on right leg * 10 up and down on right leg *10 back and forth balancing on left leg 10 up and down on left leg *5 lifting heels up and down off mat while squeezing glutes *10 up and down squeezing glutes while holding feet up on toes *10 open legs and go up and down while squeezing on tippy toes
