This was one was the best Bartas I have eaten. And was so easy to cook. I don’t know what was the magical secret ingredient- the infused chilli’s and garlic, or the matar or the extra 10 mins of final simmering. It was super delicious. Trust you chef to bring in the best. ❤️

Therez another version wherein u add raw chopped onion tomatoes greenchillis and lil green coriander with salt and raw sarson ka tel....and mix it with the roasted baingan and it tastes yummy too...try it

Fabolous. I cook today two dishes, kari pakoda and bhurtha according to your recipes. Only thing I skip ,I didn't add grean peas because I never see my mother doing that. Kari pakoda 9 out of 10 and bhurtha 10 out of 10. Thanks you
