•Ingredients:
Coconut juice 200 grams(we can use thicker juice), 0:33
White granular sugar 60 grams(add or reduce the amount as we like), 0:36
Butter 20 grams, 0:41
Yeast 3 grams(heat resistant and high active), 1:22
Tapioca flour 250 grams(if we use thicker coconut juice,reduce the amount to 200 grams), 1:05
Eggs 3, 1:35
White vinegar a little, 1:40
• Preheat the oven, only turn on bottom heat and heat it to 200 degrees. For a 3 layer oven, we put it in middle layers f. For a 2 layer oven, then put it in low layer. Bake it for 25 mins. Then change the upper heat to 190 degrees and bake it for about 10 mins.
