Czyli my mamy kiepski marketing.

Serdecznie pozdrawiam "Ktoś"-a. 😁

I have been wondering about this for a while now because I went to a traditional Polish Catholic dinner at my Polish Catholic church and they had these and they were so delicious and I didn’t know what they were called, but they are SO good and I wanted to know how to make them. Praise GOD for answering my prayers.

Easy and delicious. What's not to like? My Polish, non-cooking friend (Don't get me started.) grew up eating her babbi's (grandmother's) authentic, right-off-the-boat cooking. When I made your bigos, she bit into a whole peppercorn and grinned. She exclaimed, "Just like Babbi used to make!" and promptly burst into tears. High praise indeed. 💜

have just recently found your page and am loving it.. my husband is half Polish (his mom's parents came over from the old country, so he had lots of Polish foods growing up... though moved away in his youth and didn't get any recipes... ) but I love learning new recipes and like trying to find some good ethnic foods... (i do have to modify because of food allergies.. but manage as best I can...) my only real problem is that somehow my Polish/Scottish husband does NOT like cooked cabbage in any form.. he loves it raw.. but will NOT touch it cooked.. i have no idea how that happened.. lol... however, i antisocially make Scottish sausage rolls and this looks like this could be a good modification... though will have to do something other then the kraut... if anyone has recommendations, I'd love ideas!
