Pasquale.. Ciao!! My name is Giacomo!! I've searched every video on KZbin for this specific recipe. Everyone makes it different but this recipe is how my grandmother made it .If i had to guess its because of where my family came from .Thank you!

Maybe she forgot to put a cup of water in the oven when she baked the bread.

This was a Facebook live feed. People were asking questions she was answering. That’s how it works. And it was very disrespectful fyi. That’s his wife. Your mother didn’t do her job.

You never insult an Italian man’s wife! Plus I’m pretty sure he knows how to take care of himself! You should apologize!

As always, a wonderful video, but the commentary by the lady is very distracting.

Pasquale as no clues about Italian culinary arts his cooking it's farmer style it's ok if you like it ,if you go to a real Italian Restaurant in Italy you'll see the difference! Lots of people eat hot dogs burgers and fries potato so eating Pasquale food for them this is like gourmet food 🤣🤣🤣

Well this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's cooking at home. 😆

idiot. cacio e pepe, gnocchi, minestrone are all some of italy's most iconic and delicious meals and they all originate from impoverished social circles. "italian culinary arts" are centered around the traditions and inventions of the farmers you speak so poorly of. stop being an elitist bully and try to learn a little kindness
