Put in a food processor, I don’t have one so we’ll use my blender Add corn starch, I don’t have corn starch so we’ll use rice flour Add ground almonds, I don’t have any so I’ll use almond flour Add almond extract, I don’t have any so I’ll use vanilla Results? So you were doing fine. A little much in the strainer. Using a spatula or rubber scraper mash the purée against the sides leaving the solids and seeds to toss. Repeat until the puree is all strained. No worries tho you’ll do ok. 😁 The look on your face when the dog lit off… WTF?? 😂 Filming with an iPhone is tough. You’ll need a GoPro. An added expense but much easier editing I would believe.

Timestamp: 0:46 ......In local store has not gelatine anywhere 1:31.......I have not kitchen robot 2:52......the sieve not works 3:36.......I don't have cornstarch 4:21......to create a paste is impossible 7:33.......the gelatin turned into a dead jellyfish 8:06.....I don't have almonds.....I'll add vanilla 9:27.....I didn't spill anything, the stove is clean 9:41.....welcome back...i have dark circles under my eyes 10:30.....I swear it won't explode 11:09....plastic explosive is done 12:18....thanks for watching

Ya you should be stirring it constantly the more the better to keep the milk from scorching on the bottom of the pot and tasting burnt and to keep it from breaking and mixing folds iar into it for a lighter texture. I have been trained by Chef Lee Van Whittaker I was the dishwasher that showed up everyday for work and stayed late and helped with other things so that he said he woudl train me and he did. I also have licenses and certifications in other fields as well. So you def. can do it learn all kids of things! I WIll help you in any way I can.

The easiest way to remove seeds from any type of berry is to use a food mill, but they are expensive so most folks don't bother doing it. I think it turned out pretty good. It definitely looks yummy.

The grey is probably a lot of your seeds you left in. Which should be what it is. However, it actually looks outstanding. Its firmness with a little jiggle, was completely acceptable.

Just remember, proper gelatin melts in warm water and thickens when cool; whereas cornstarch is the opposite: You emulsify it with a little bit of cold water and it thickens as it get hot. This is also why gravy can be thickened with cornstarch and jello likes it cold :-)

Your channel just popped up on my recommended list and didn't take long for me to subscribe, liked the way you cooked the raspberries didn't strain so we'll do that , use a different flour , you use recipes like I do they are guidelines LOL , I'm always interesting in cooking and have a couple of cooking videos myself , mostly Newfoundland traditional meals, most of mine are out in nature with my dog. I also read your channel description and like you said here to learn new things and yep we're all in this together. You said it didn't look good , but it did on the video and I'm thinking taste really good. Have notifications on for next time and will be checking your older videos too

Okay you were supposed to make the liquid milk with cornstarch and set aside, then put the remainder of the milk with the almond flour on to boil and once its about to boil( you dont want milk to actually boil or ir will break) add the cornstarch milk mix to thicken it.
