Yes I LOVE this type of tabata workout, especially because it alternates a weighted exercise with a non-weighted one which gives my hands a rest from gripping heavy weights and also allows me to lift as heavy as I can for the weighted ones. Thank you ❤

Ooh loved this one 🥵 I’ve had to do it after work today and I’m always really tired by then so, I’m hoping the endorphins will kick in for a more awake evening 🤞🏻 I’m definitely more a morning person for my workouts but, loved it all the same. Thank you 😊 PS Blueberries and natural yoghurt were my afternoon snack 😋
