Yes I LOVE this type of tabata workout, especially because it alternates a weighted exercise with a non-weighted one which gives my hands a rest from gripping heavy weights and also allows me to lift as heavy as I can for the weighted ones. Thank you ❤

You know what: I was even more productive in my morning work to make sure I could do the workout! It was energizing, challenging and rewarding. And as says the person below, it's really as if you were seeing me (so I really stick to the end :p)

Ooh loved this one 🥵 I’ve had to do it after work today and I’m always really tired by then so, I’m hoping the endorphins will kick in for a more awake evening 🤞🏻 I’m definitely more a morning person for my workouts but, loved it all the same. Thank you 😊 PS Blueberries and natural yoghurt were my afternoon snack 😋

I don't think i have ever does kind of track before and it was really different. Today was a good one. I feel better. My sleep I'm still working on. I can't believe I haven't skipped a day!!

This was great session. Also like the weight non weight exercises…thanks…like the nutrition tip as well didn’t know almonds were a antioxidant 😊
