Erin, you are my favorite Online Yoga Teacher. I think you are an inspiring teacher, but I think your greatest talent is in the way you deliver your classes. Your words are thorough and flowy and they make sense, to the point where, I don't have to look at the video as often. This make my Yoga experience more organic and enjoyable. Keep it up (please!)

@@FiveParksYoga Echo everyone above. On future productions, would Mr. Five Parks consider a music tail of a few minutes after you sign off for extended shavasana? We want to take your advice to take a few minutes and as much as we like 5PY, YT rolls right in to your next class which can be disjointing. Either way, not going anywhere. Enjoyed this in an LA backyard on a warm Sunday morning in November.

Hi Mikey - If you look on the right side of your screen (on computer at least) there is an option to turn off AUTO PLAY right above the "Up Next" list. If you move that toggle, it won't automatically jump you into the next video :) Those options are available on Mobile as well, but I don't remember exactly where they are. Hope that helps and always enjoy that long shavasana! :)

Fantastic class. I haven't been able to do Yoga for a couple weeks and I struggled a bit with balancing, at my age of 54 if you don't use it, you lose it! BTW, those hip openers at the end felt amazing! Love the variety and continued levels, time variations, etc. Thank you!
