In the words of John Lennon, “Love is the flower you’ve got to let grow.” This is part 4 of a 7 part chakra meditation series with the focus on the fourth or heart chakra. This chakra is the expression of our love and compassion. When the heart center is open and the energy is balanced here, you feel connected to and love for all the people in your life. Enjoy this guided meditation with music to balance this particular chakra created by Sonic Yogi.
We function best when the chakras are open and in balance. Each of the meditation practices in this series can help you open and balance the chakras individually so your energy system can move more efficiently as a whole. The ability to heal and balance the chakras takes time and with repeated practice has the potential for transformation.

I did your other loving kindness meditation a while ago and I ended up with an overactive heart chakra Ever since been worrying till death How do you know when your heart chakra is balanced and you don’t need to meditate on it anymore?

I did this twice in one day.. The first time I felt a block. The second time I could feel the chakra open. I cried through the majority of the second meditation. I can't remember the last time I felt so light so loved by everything but most importantly.. Myself.. Thank you so much!

I have felt some blockages around that area. Tension, upper back and shoulder pain and feelings of anxiety. Did this for the first time and around at the last phase i felt my heart chakra open after some minor resistance. I cried my eyes closed and the warmth expanded to my whole body feeling incredibly reliefed, thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🙏🏻

I really needed this today, tears rolled down my face. I have been giving out so much love and waiting for someone who I deeply love to love me back. But it isn’t working out and it has been draining me emotionally. During the meditation and affirmations It was like my heart started to fill with self love again 😭 and washing away resentment and pain. Much needed ❤️‍🩹🥹ty

Dear Sara, I've been practicing meditation time to time, to be honest your chakra meditations are really strong. With both solar plexus and heart chakra meditations i'm experiencing headaches and yawns. I'm having struggles to see the colors / lights but deep inside i know that my mind is blocking me. Working on loving myself. Thank you for these videos.

Hi Sarah, I have been listening to you tapes for maybe over a year now. I am grateful for them as they have helped me a lot. Today, with the solar plexus chakra, you used the color orange (visualize the disc part.). Didn't you mean yellow? Sincerely

Sometimes your attention is drawn to areas where you may have an energetic excess or deficit. So you may be experiencing a release of energy or perhaps a building. You can seek out a local practitioner to help you work through this. I hope this helps. 💜
