I have a question if your hair falls out and it has white bulbs does that mean balding? Because on google it tells me it’s the telogen phase and I have a risk of going bald but then theirs another site that says I won’t go bald and I shouldn’t worry
@Baldcafe4 жыл бұрын
If it runs in the family and you are otherwise healthy then it could be male pattern baldness. More likely if you are mid 20’s/30 and also important to remember that we shed hair all the time and makes will recede/thin to a natural degree over the years.

The channel makes me wanna cry man. I over the past few years have accepted it for myself. Because trust I’ve tried everything, Castor Oil all the hair growth products, teas, going vegan, fasting, praying, manifesting, “getting into the consciousness”, visualizing all this for years and realize it just is what it is. The crazy thing most of these men look so handsome as they are bald. I swear it’s like we live in a society that keeps pushing products and materials to get us to look like everything besides how we naturally are.
@cleasanna05 Жыл бұрын
I did the same, I have been loosing my hair slowly for 12 years, its been a slow process but over time it only gets worse. I took so many pills, shampoos, oils, massages. None of it worked to regrow my hair, at best maybe it slowed the process a bit but in the end I lost the battle and had to accept it. I shave my head with clippers every 3 days or so, and i feel alot better.

I am still accepting it and this video give me much more confidence and I feel understood and not unique. This is normal and it's part of our life. To all the men, including myself. I'm proud of you guys to take the leap of shaving it off. It's hard to except that change in life, but look around your zone and see more and more men are just shaving it off and carry on with their life's. If your scared or nervous to dealing with your hair going bald, just cut it down little by little. Think of all the money you will save on shampoos and trying to get that perfect hair style lol. Never let your hair drop your self esteem in life. Look at all the positive things in your life. Also remember there is someone out there, that has their life worse then you. Lost a family member, have an illness, no money or job etc.. If you wake up everyday, that right there is a blessing. The years will pass you by if your stuck in life worrying about your hair

I'm 22 now, balding since 18 i guess, not sure if i was really balding at that time, but now i'm sure i am. I do have lots of hair, but there are points in my head that i can see receiding. At the beginning until, i don't know, 5 months ago, i was really upset about it, cause i do have a really nice hair, but since 19 or so, i buzz my head once a year to get more comfortable with the idea. Now, in quarantine, i buzzed it again and decided to keep it that way, even though i still have hair, like i said. I have a good shape of head so its not that big of a deal, but it was really hard to accept it. The hardest thing is being afraid of what people may think, but i'm getting throught it, fuck what they think.i'm actually thinking about doing a time lapse of it going away

I used to spend 5 minutes shampooing/conditioning my hair and another 5 minutes styling it. That translates to a little over 60 hours per year spent worrying about my hair, that’s 2.5 days or 3.75 days of time awake that I spent on my hair every year. Being bald is great, bald guys get almost an extra 4 days per year just from not worrying about hair!

I shave my head regularly and I like it. In the '80's I had long hair as I was into singing rock. At 34 my hair started falling out, and yes there was some silly behaviour with mirrors, every shampoo in the shop, baldness "remedies" which of course didn't work, and photos of my head, because I thought I couldn't be a singer without the image. Then it hit me, I've lost my hair not my voice, and today I realise there are far worse things for a man to lose than his hair. So now I'm happy, and free of all the grief and stress. Just do it, it's cool.

I started shaving around 26. That first time seeing your family is a little nerve wracking for sure, I hear you man. But at the end of the day they are family and they didn't care. They were just happy to see me. I'm sure it will be the exact same for you.

How come a buzzed hair (fully or not fully) does look better on balding men than normal hair? My hair was thinning although I have still hair on top and I have a 3mm haircut and everybody has told me I look better like that its so strange :D thanks again Baldcafe!

I have full hair because I started the treatment for baldness with finasteride from 23 to 29 years(today). I took a break once for almost a year, the break made my hair started to thin and my front base became thinner and thinner. Because of that i start taking again, that made all lost hair grow back. I would like to stop taking finasteride because I have symptoms of depression, back pain and low urine flow that I associate with finasteride, but without any sexual problem. I also have doubts if it influenced my metabolism, because before 23 I had a lot of ease to lose weight and gain muscles. In my last 2 years I went from 69 kg to 85, where with great difficulty I lost weight to 81, even training 3 times a week and sometimes doing intermittent fasting. My wife is not understanding about me losing my hair, because she does not consider that these side effects are from finasteride, but rather resulting from age. What makes it difficult for me to accept being bald.

Learn to love yourself and take care of yourself as your most important thing is what I would say honestly brother. Live for yourself and your mission first and you’ll be able to give your best self to other people around you that way. Listen you what you really want.

Thank you I’m being required by my job to shave my head I’m a woman and I don’t and I’m not balding but I am required to cut my hair and for me it’s an instant in sudden trauma beyond comprehension my vanity is extreme and it’s basic human nature to want to be normal and be part of normal society and like you said worrying about what other people think but still being pressured to cut off my hair it’s very short now it was down to my boat about my nipples before now it’s like up around my on my neck it’s very short already but it’s needing to be shorter and I really am resisting this I’m in a lot of pain extreme vanity extreme rebellion and hearing the courage of you guys dealing with your hair loss and you know I don’t know if I’m required to they keep saying shorter shorter shorter so it just keeps like I’ve been seeing pictures of ball headed people so I assume that maybe that’s what they want me to do as well but regardless whether it’s short or bald it’s still a trauma to me and it’s still very very painful and I really appreciate the courage with which you guys spoke which gave me a little bit of relief in a little bit of help and I’m very grateful thank you I’ll watch some more. 🥺🙂🥶😱👉👨🏼🦲

People around them are so supportive, but im not sure about mine, especially my gf. Dont think shes gonna like it for now but Ive actually accept the fact that im going bald. knowing that I have the gene, losing my hair and i accept it. Im malaysian chinese tho, just only 22 yo, and not ready to shave my head, cause i thought i need more muscle to avoid looking weak in bald head, thats my only concern but im not catching up to the progress lol. (actually head shape too, i have two spiky point on the back of my head :/ but fxck it im okay) so i found that you are in China, do you have any chinese friend whos bald and suit your channel? just craving for more confidence hahah

It can be tough with different beliefs around going bald in different cultures. My wife (Chinese) didn’t understand it much but the number 1 thing was communication. I had to educate her and her family (in a nice way) what was going on and why I wasn’t going to spend the rest of my life trying to combat something that was natural like a man going bald 👍

Hey men, what can a woman say to a balding man to make him know she doesn't care that he's balding? And that his personality is way more important than something so fickle like balding... Great video.

Well these guys are lucky... One of my friend was getting bald, at that time i had nice hair no sign of getting bald our friend was always saying mean things about his baldness but i tried to protect him even tho there was no sign of me getting bald. Like 1 year ago my brother started to get anxious about his hair he started growing it not confident about it at all. Now i am getting bald too even tho i am 28, 10 years younger than my brother, Guess i will have to be an example for my brother and make him accept himself because i will be bald too and i can't do anything about it. . I started to work out a few weeks ago i think a little less fat on my belly will make the overall look a little better and easier to accept. . This is not the reason i started to work out tho it's my health i wanna hike without dying on the way through 20+ km. .

I've decided that my course of action will be rogaine, very low dose fin, dermarolling, an improved diet, and drinking alot of water. Yeah, ill have to keep using the rogaine and this is true, but not forever. Im not taking these drugs forever, and I will stop them if I get sides. I'm hoping I will be like the majority of men, who don't get sides and stop thier hair loss. I pray I can get some regrowth too, but if I can just maintain where I am, it doesn't look too bad at the right length. Meanwhile, ill just start saving a few bucks weekly for a hair transplant. 10 bucks a week. That's 520 a yr. Save for 4-5 years and boom, ill have enough to get the transplant. I won't even notice 10 bucks a week. That's nothing to save. I'm 24 and I'm willing to do what it takes to keep my hair until I'm in my 30s 40s. I don't need to have hair for the rest of my lifetime, but I want hair until I am married with kids. Then I will let it go. Being bald is okay at any age. It really is. But its way better when it happens later. Not at 24 yrs old. When I'm at the age where 40-50% of men are receding too, then ill be cool with it. But right now, I know like 200 people my age and only 2-3 of them is bald. I already have MS and I already feel different enough. I don't want to be the bald MS guy at 24.
