Yes, I completely agree, I always remember there was always a bottle in the cupboard but no ever drank it, it was there in case my Nan's blood sugar needed a quick adjustment, due to being diabetic. Nowadays, I see people at work guzzling the stuff.

I always find that the spicier and hotter the food is, the moreish-ness increases. Trouble is you have to wade through a hundred products stating they're hot when they're actually tasteless, first. Nice find.

Love it when you eat something spicy hot you can tell before you say anything. The redness starts around your eyes then moves quickly up to your forehead and 1 second later your whole head is as red as a London double decker bus 🥵 😆

Hello from Newcastle. Colour me impressed, it only has olive & sunflower oil in it. It's got be better than the run of the mill frozen pizza's with the usual rapeseed oils etc. We may give this one a bash, cheers Gareth.

Beef granules ? Isn’t that almost like saying gravy mix ? Like you Gareth, I love spicy food and as I’m currently lacking taste buds ? I add hot sauce like Tabasco to everything. For once, in a long time ? I like the look of this Iceland product. £3 for a pizza isn’t bad, but my mind keeps heading back to “ beef granules”. I would rather see minced beef instead. But all in all ? A great review of something I might buy and enjoy. Sadly for me, trip into town just for a pizza isn’t cost effective after I’ve paid for parking etc. Keep up the good work you do m8. As a regular KZbin viewer of American media sites ? I was surprised to find that your blogs, ( is that the right word ? ), have gained the attention of American food sites.

That's the sort of Pizza I like, but with more cheese and meat !!! It's Jalapeno Peppers and Chilli Sauce that make it hot !!! It needs Olive Oil and Oregano and some Sugar to make it Really Nice !!!

Have you ever asked them how they get away with writing "Wood fired - Stone baked" when you are the one cooking it at home in an electric or gas oven!?! "Factory" is the least of your problems. Among which is, pizzas are NOT supposed to have a crispy base!

Nope too hot for me, I like the deep pan pizza's more filling. Lidl not sell them use too buy them in Sainsbury's when I lived in London. Use to be an Iceland and Sainsbury's next to each other in the moll.

I actually bought 2 of these to try and the 1st one I ate normally straight from. The packet. And wow that really packed a punch. But the second one I tried to make hotter by adding extra chillis and some onions, it actually had the opposite effect and seemed alot milder than without the added toppings. I'm gonna have to buy some more as I really do enjoy them.

I prefer my food not to bite back. A very long time ago my husband and I went to this previously unknown to us hole-in-the-wall restaurant up in the mountains. IIRC they served like Mexican/Tex-Mex/Fusion fare. Now, I am fine with a *little* warmth in that sort of cuisine but it was outrageous! It’s like a sadist was in the kitchen. No joke. The food was unpalatable. This was before you could look up restaurant reviews on your phone, I think. I eschew hot Cheetos and that sort of thing, as well.

I think £3 is a bit steep really for that like you say not much cheese I just looked on the website I they do a triple pepperoni stone baked pizza 364 gram for £1.65 I mean you could easily hot it up a bit with some chillies and put a bit extra cheese on if you so desire and it's still cheaper than the Italian made one

Iceland used to do a similar pizza. Quadruple pepperoni with jalapenos thin and stonebaked. £1.50. 2nd best pizza ever, but they stopped it. I'll need to give this one a whizz. With tabasco!

These super hot sauces just spoil the taste. It'll end up burning a hole in your stomach eating this. Gaz you should try doing a video on a homemade pizza just to see how it would turn out. Even buying a ready made pizza dough and doing a comparison as to the costs involved.

It looks like you wood cutting board is a bit warped. If I may suggest, if you ever buy a new wooden board, get a bottle of mineral oil and every 2 to 3 months, give the board a nice rub down with the oil. Let it dry so that the wood can absorb the oil. It will look brand new for many years.

I am annoyed about the salt and fat content because I could have had a go at this. I do like my meat and like you I like a bit of heat and if you can get past the heat the flavours come through. The boys don't like heat so its not even one I could share :(. Might get a garlic bread from ALDI mind the round ones and make something along the lines :).
