You’re not allowed to work under a B211A. It’s only for “business purposes” such as attending a conference, meet with agencies, and explore possible investment. If you get caught working under this visa the immigration will fine you at least 50 million IDR. To work legally without worries, you need to obtain KITAS. It also says that in the link you posted in the questions section. I’ve seen many people caught by immigration, it’s not very fun.

Thailand..... 180 days triggers being asked to pay tax to Thailand. Only on money taken into the country. But there's a possibility that in the near future, they might change this and instead tax your world wide income 😢

If you think it more, Indonesia is more diverse than Thailand. There is many remote Island that unhabitable, 5 big islands, etc. But the food maybe thai is better?

Hello tuomas can you explain this? submission of a letter from Federal Tax Authority stating that the investor pays the government no less than AED 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) annually Does this means that we have to pay 250k dirhams every year annually despite paying 2m upfront for golden visa? And when your golden visa is expired what happens to the property you owned with the 2m do you again have to invest in new property? Making it 4m now? Thanks.

wrong about thailand visa runs. they absolutely do not let you do constant visa runs. they deport you for that nowadays.

Please do a comparison between Thailand and Malaysia. I love Thailand but I assume Malaysia would win. Many things changed and its a great country.

Bali cheaper than phuket? That is absolutely wrong. Eating out, renting a bike or a villa, Phuket is cheaper no doubt

Been to both, Bali is 20-40% cheaper on average
