Hello Mor, it’s quite late Saturday night here so I shall watch this tomorrow. From the ten minutes I have watched, an excellent presentation, thank you. You show what might seem simple exercises but the core really will strengthen, I think. At the Pilates gym I attend, I do occasionally use a ball, but never with the variety you show in this video. I have a ball at home, I shall aim to do some of these. I have a patella injury so will be cautious with the kneeling options. Enjoy your Saturday. Cheers, Paul

Hi love your workoutvideo, i just realised borrowing my mothers pilates ball that its way to small, could not do the side workout. What hight of pilates ball do you recomend for someone who is 168 cm?
