Hi there, yes you also can use this figure 8 movement in Salsa. But it’s going to be more on the band knees.

Hi Spencer, great question! it depends on what style you are dancing. If it is latin, than keep you standing knee straight at all times. If it is American, then you transfer your weighting on a bend knee and then straightening it.
