Over here on the Atlantic side we get a lot of small sharks on shrimp. Bonnet heads mostly but small black tips and sand sharks.

That was an awesome overhead of the beach, to start the video! The open water is clearly defined by the lagoon the sandbar made. Drones give you a wonderful overhead map to work with. Of course you should include the wife on a few of your solo fishing jaunts! She'll tell you when she's not interested in going. It's always great to ask your woman, even if it's typically NO.😂 That way they are always assured that they're welcome to spend time with you doing what you love to do. #lettherebepeace 😂😂😂

Blacktip shark should make excellent ceviche. They're one of the better sharks to eat and shark has a great texture for ceviche. Try a recipe that includes a little ginger ale. Make some shrimp ceviche too if you've never had it. Good ceviche is really amazing. I caught a little hammerhead in Costa Rica and my buddy's wife made a big bowl for us that was incredible. Whiting should be good too, snapper ceviche is really good.

Have you ever eaten a Sailcat. Next time you catch one do a catch and cook, you will be pleasantly surprised. I personally did not eat Catfish, but when we lived in St. Augustine we caught some Sailcats when we were out fishing. All week caught that day. Some old timers had told us they were good to eat so we decided to try them. My husband skinned them and fried up some Catfish fingers. Very good eating. Love the family videos. Have a great grand daughter about your daughter's age and enjoy watching.
