🍌 I’ve never made banana pie ! (Or ANY pie !) What sort of tin are you using ? My family and friends LOVE your small batch banana bread ! Some like it when I add a few chocolate chips, others like it with chopped almonds, and one of my daughters loves when I add just a couple shakes of cinnamon. 😊 I’ll try this when I get a pie tin. Or could I use a glass pie dish ?

Hi! I have been looking for years for a banana pudding recipe using banana, like a cooked pudding. I see you didn't use the banana in the pudding. Can you tell me why? Is there a reason banana can't be used to make a pudding? Thank you !

I used the bananas to infuse the flavor of the pudding and then layered the bananas between the pudding. You can stir them into the pudding if you prefer.

Thanks! I just wondered since I can never find a cooked banana pudding with bananas if there was a reason. I am not a banana fan but I will try this for my adult kiddos! @@LeighAnneWilkes

I prefer to cut fresh bananas on the top just before serving. Not really into gray over ripe bananas.
