Saturday saw Excavation Earth, Age of Steam and Pax Renaissance 2nd Ed. on the table. Been itching to play AoS again with all the recent streaming by Heavy Cardboard. And PaxRen is just the best game I've ever played as 2p.

Thanks for sharing some love for Bandada, Monique and Naveen! I did the graphic design and art for the game, other than the bird images which were from the Biodiversity Heritage Library. Chase created a great quick solo and 2-player game with Bandada and it's nice to see so many enjoying playing it!

Just discovered the game, would have bought in a heartbeat if the shippingcost to Europe wasn't as high as the whole game. At that point, just no. If it ever becomes available for distribution somewhat locally or if a copy finds it's way to one of the local used item outlets that i frequent i'd pick it up for the art alone. Neat filler.

I saw someone post photos of this on Instagram and, without knowing how to play, bought it. I rarely do that but with such a small box game and STUNNING art I figured there's no way it's bad. Watching this play through proves it also has really fun mechanics. I cannot wait to play this.

Looks like a great beauty. The dice manipulation is simple yet thinky. Feels like 1st player has the advantage though as you would always want to be the one doing the final dice manipulation for your objectives!

How many cards are there in the game? There's a lot of math involved lol, it's not as fast and easy as I expected it to be.

Hi Andre, there are 12 bird cards in the game and it can get pretty mathy, especially in the final round. :D

I think starting player needs to alternate in this game. Otherwise pretty and quick game, score!

The game looked great but end game scoring cards that score 1/3 of your final score almost makes everything before it seem meaningless.

That's fair, I will say though that you do have to try and setup your end game scoring card by manipulating the dice throughout the 4 rounds. Monique was able to pull it off well this time around.
