Not really two businesses we get new health inspectors like two three times a year they just can't keep anyone me and my wife had to stay on em because our license ran out at our nursing home because they kept us waiting had to renew our license before we even got a inspection granted we always pass with no problems but I don't feel like they pay health inspectors enough being the requirements you need to be one .....

I used to work in was COVERED in mold and rust. And she never said one word about it. The main cutter used to bring in his neighbors livestock and process them in the same room we sliced meat in for the store. Which is SUPER illegal and violently unsanitary. No one who has the power to do anything cares.

so glad they explain the dangers of roaches. some people just assume that roaches are just some gross bug with creepy crawly legs, but they are one of the most dangerous insects on the planet, right next to mosquitoes. the fact that a bug that has been here longer than trees can carry such dangerous diseases, much less THIRTY DISEASES is terrifying, and they don't go in just one or two pairs. they go in colonies, upwards of thousands of bugs at once. absolutely filthy. so glad headhunters closed down after this episode. health violations, on top of two of their employees after this that got very sick, and a few customers ended up hospitalized thanks to the bug infestation they brought back after the owner brought their cat back into the restaurant.

technically the buildup in a deep fryer doesn’t make the food unsafe to consume, it just makes it taste like shit. Most places will change the oil every 2-3 days and don’t sanitize the inside, just wash out the bits on the bottom with hot oil.
