This workout is designed to see how strong you truly are on the bars. The key is to never let go of the bar. This will truly build up your endurance with your workouts making you push yourself further then before. Remember you must complete it in 2 min or less.

I will have to try this! I usually do 10 MU, 10 SBD, 10 PU and 10 Leg raises.

Another video let's go I'm loving it. But could this be done with rings it feels better on my shoulder also still learning the bar muscle. Gonna rewatch your muscle up tutorial see if I can get one

Hey man I got a quick question your you got a workout program or something because I’m trying to look like you😂😅. Like i’ve been watching a little bit of your videos into really good and I’m just curious your home chest workouts is that all you do in one day???? Like I am seriously looking to build a lot of lean muscle and get shredded ? And I know 70% of looking good is your diet but I was wondering if you can recommend me One of your your real workouts ??or The videos you post are you real workouts ??
