You literally got me a raise and job promotion. My boss' last secretary did the mail merge for him and left 2 years ago. Now he is desperate to have the projects done and told him I can do mail merge. I cannot stress how good this video was. Clear, well spoken and to the point. The only tip I'd add, is that if you change the font, size etc prior to adding a field of information, that field will hold those changes on each label.
