Bro help me i used that disable pointer precision globally and after that my laptop trackpad got to slow how to revert that setting

Hello, thanks for the guide, it helped me to run the witcher 3 at max settings at more than 60 fps. I have a small problem tho and hope you can help me, after doing all of the optimization the NVIDIA app stopped working, when I open it, it says that there was a problem opening the app, I tried reinstalling it but it did not work, was this part of the optimizations? something went wrong? how can I fix it?
