Love this. Beginner friendly, just enough challenge for the knee but not painful (coming from a person who has knee issues) I feel good after finishing this workout. Lauren’s calm and gentle voice as well as the calm piano background is relaxing and encouraging especially during intense part of the workout. ❤

I'm so glad I clocked on your video ❤ The duration is perfect, and your description of the poses make it easy to follow along without glancing at the screen every 1.5 seconds. This is my first time doing barre as I was suggested to explore this as I recover from a broken ankle and foot. The chair made it gentle enough for my stance and I still feel like I worked my whole body!

I loved this! I had childhood memories of ballet class and loved the soothing music.This was tough on my hip/butt muscles which means I need to do more work in that area. A big thanks for the many moments of stretching. My body needs a lot of stretching to stay flexible.

Perhaps you have advice for people with bunions where the big toe turns inward toward the other toes. My feet cramp in certain positions especially when pointing toes but also at times when flexing my toes. I love standing barre workouts, where this is more of a problem though it happens as well on the mat. Thanks.

Yes, this is very common. I have three pieces of advice. One, make sure you are hydrated. Dehydration can cause muscle cramps. Two, consider a magnesium supplement. Most people are deficient in magnesium and this also can contribute to muscle cramps. Thirdly, maybe try some toe spacers. You can get them between all toes or just between your big toe. Hope that helps!
