Welcome to the PILATES RING SERIES, 3 workouts that will help you sculpt long, lean, dancer’s muscles! These workouts will take you through all your favourite barre and pilates exercises, with the added intensity of the ring. Squeezing on the ring uses the principle of iso-tension to engage many more muscle groups. Get results fast with these challenging, total body routines!

Holy Cow, this was difficult! But I persevered & made it to the end. Although, I know i didn't look as graceful as you did, Linda😬. But, thanks for thinking up tortuous ways to make me suffer😳. I love it ❤

Had a good tough (oh my abs and glutes!) morning with this one today 😄. I used my loop for some of the exercises instead of the ring because my ring is tooo big. Thank you, Linda!

It's exactly what I like: horrible, painful, intensive and effective. You can substitute a pilates ring with a hip band and a small ball. Maybe they don't give that burn, but still work. Thank you for such a great workout!

How come 🤔 l didn't comment on the 💍 series! I did the barre 💍 workout yesterday and my inner thighs are so sore!!! And today I m this after your sculp it break it down!! Oh my legs!!

Ow, ow, ow! My legs were shaking so bad at the end I could barely finish. Very challenging, but I love it. Another great workout. I really liked the music too.

Ha ha! Mine were sore for 4 days! I couldn't stand up straight after sitting down for long periods 😊

Oh my Godness! I'm done with this one and it WAS TOUGH 😁! It got TOUGH right away from the very first exercise😁😁😁 which I hoped was gonna be a light-ish warm-up! This ring is torturing 😁. And then at some moment "Don't worry. It's gonna start burning soon." said Linda when everything was fireing yet 😁 and that made me lough nervously. Thanks A LOT! It was awesome!

the ring is definitely one of the hardest pieces of equipment in my opinion. You can add it instead of a pilates ball and change the intensity of all the workouts that use it! 😊

OMG my calves were superburning and at the same times it felt very geeat Calves awakening . For me the most difficult was the butt part at 33.38 , i felt most impact on my supporting legs .. burning and quite sharp and intense pain . And i sweat a lot too even if the moves are micro movement :) Thank youuuu Linda for this Creative and Result-filled exercise !!!💓

Amazing workout!! I did this with a ball, a tightly tied up resistance band, and double loops for the plie section, ankle weights- it was still awesome without a ring (although I am getting one). I absolutely love this style of total body where you divide it between body parts. I am really loving what I think you called knee dancing! It was all perfect though. My outer thighs and especially calves are going to be sore tomorrow. I am so grateful for all of these total body workouts you are releasing. At the moment, I have cut to about 40-45 min workouts, and I can hit everything with them. Honestly, I have seen just as good results because I really go all out with equipment and your workouts are just crazy effective. They are such a life saver!! Thanks so much!

I am going to be filming another series of total body workouts using different equipment so there will be plenty to choose from! I don't know what it is about the ring, but it definitely feels different to using the loops and ball. I can't wait for you to get one and to try these 3 ring workouts again with it 😊

I finally did this with my pilates ring and as you say "the burn is real" 😄 It is a new level of intense compared to the way I did it without the ring. Do you think you'll make another workout with the ring? I have been using it in replace of a ball sometimes and enjoy it to mix things up.

I am going to add the ring in again into upcoming series. I want to do some series that use various equipment. My ring is really tough so my inner thighs literally scream and shake 😄

Awesome! I hate to even ask because I've really enjoyed how different each series is and gives us new ways to work our muscles. Omg my legs were shaking in the standing barre part where we were using the ring for inner thighs. The plie squats never felt so good following that 😂 Have a good Sunday!

Hi there barre is from vitavibe.com and the pilates ring is from here www.purebarre.com/shop/equipment/pure-barre-fitness-ring.html I wouldn't necessarily recommend the pilates ring though. You can probably get better ones with more padding on Amazon.
