Welcome to the SCULPT SERIES. These workouts are designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscle all at the same time so you will create a longer, leaner physique. By the addition of weights to your traditional Pilates barre routines you will increase the challenge of all your favourite exercises! That's the beauty of these workouts, you never have to outgrow them, just think of innovative ways to make them a challenge for you!
Work your glutes and outer thighs to sculpted perfection using a dumbbell for extra challenge. You will perform all your favourite Pilates barre fusion mat exercises to work your butt and thighs from every angle. Adding the weight really ups the challenge, if you can't keep up just drop the weight for a few reps or even increase the intensity more by adding a heavier weight.
Fitness level: Intermediate/advanced
Equipment: mat and dumbbell (I use 2.5kg/5lb)
