Thank you for the workout ! That was sooo difficult I must have pressed the pause button a THOUSAND times . This part of my body is so weak whereas the front of the thigh is strong !

Wooo!!! Challenge accepted! I started out with your Pilates Mat Outer Thigh Burner Workout and then followed it up with 1 lb. ankle weights on this one--- very challenging and effective workout I must say! Feelin' good now as I go into the rest of my day... :-p

Awesome!!! I loved cycling through the 3 exercises at different angles. It felt like it was targeting a little differently depending on the angle. I really felt the push ones (second exercise) in the glutes like crazy. Especially that hard to get area at the bottom side of the glute/thigh/a little upper hamstring that I have really been trying to tone up. If that makes sense lol. Such a brilliant workout! I can't wait to try it again with ankle weights. Thanks girl!!

Yes, with ankle weights this one will be even more brutal. Originally I was going to make each exercise 8 sets of 8, but as I was filming it I soon realized that it wouldn't be sustainable and I didn't want to have a meltdown on camera! If you are game you can always do that though :)

The L position is one of the toughest of all leg raise positions so the burn is REAL! I promise it does get easier, but you have to do it all the time. I work outer thighs like this at least twice a week if not more :)

Linda Wooldridge thanks for the tip I have been doing your leg workouts at least three to four times weekly I used to run that much but I can't anymore so I figured that if I do this workout that often I will keep those thighs in check the only thing is your workouts are harder than running the steepest of hills... When my Achilles are healed I can almost guarantee that running those hills will be child's play compared to these workouts😂😂😂😂

Actually I have another viewer who said that doing my workouts really helped improve her running form and cleared up all the irregularities in her hips that used to cause pain when running.

Hi Linda!! Today I used this workout as an add-on. I used 5 lbs ankle weights and went a little slower with the reps. I hope that was okay because I notice you don’t mention them.

Hi, I don't think it would widen them, but it will help strengthen your hips and you will build some muscle there with regular use. :)

No constant fear is normal as such. Even if your muscle cramps a bit you just stop and stretch it out and then you are good to go again. If there are particular exercises which cause it to cramp all the time then just don't do that workout. :)

It is really an individual thing so I can't give you an exact time frame, but I would say that if you do my workouts for 3-4 weeks you will see results. Always make sure you feel challenged by a workout otherwise it won't change your nody. ☺
