Just when i thought i was mastering these workouts you throw this one in...and i mean i am doing the ones with the weights and the ball....I am not lying when i tell you i was brought to tears with this one...Why is that so? The 41 minute stability ball and the ones with the weights are supposed to be way challenging but i am managing them even the standing barre ones....but this one which is just 16 minutes brought me to tears...I do leg workouts at least 4 times a week..

I think the L position is particularly brutal in this one and also if you are not used to doing a lot of glute bridge work you will be targeting different muscle groups with this one. In time you will master this one too! Just keep at it :)

Oh, Lord. My gluteus medius muscles were pleading for mercy, the burn was aaaaaaaah! I felt it right away, it was tough but great at the same time. I love being sore the next day he he he he

Great, great workout for outer hips and thighs! I added 1 lb ankle weights during this segment and felt like they were 20 lbs, oh boy!
