I finally made it to Pizza Nostra. Just had the cheese pizza. It’s fantastic. Thin, minimal flop, crisp crust, sauce and cheese on point! Had a brief chat with the owner. Super nice guy. It’s definitely going to be my go-to pizza pie place!

I ate here the other day. It is very good, especially the crust. Like he said, it does lack a bit of flavour both in the sauce and in the cheese. I think he underscored it a bit when compared to North of Brooklyn. I think they are both around 8.2.

The owners of this place are awesome. The Grande family have huge hearts. When My father passed away a year ago they sent my family a huge flower arrangement for his funeral. Im just a customer but they treat me like family. thats the type of people that run this place. Well deserved pizza nostra and Grande family! By they way they arent just great people they make fantastic pizza. i always loved NJ/NY pizza and this place knows how to do it.
