Not knowing anything about NYC or where to stay (my only criteria was to have a nearby subway station), I randomly booked my Airbnb for my family vacation 4 blocks away of Ditmars station on the way to Astoria park. The level of ignorance with today's young people is just off the charts. I've witnessed someone build a small business and it was torturous. It took over a decade to pay herself.
