Shit possibly our tax dollars spent on their stadium, the uptick in business that puts money in ppls pockets, then allows them to spend more money around town to create growth, gives us something to hope for, the jobs in the economy lost, the stores selling the merch, and fans buying it generating revenue. Oh shit or possibly our consumer spending dollars that spend enough on the owners original business to give them the ability to even buy these teams and run a league in the first place.... If the people actually got together and said you know what we don't like this, we stopped spending our money on their products.... Guess what they fail.... Their entire existence relies on us... Not to even bring in media and commericals aimed at people to buy more to support all of it... I'm far from a commie, but capitalism works both ways... As a whole we've invested our time, money, labor and tax dollars on the NFL.... Nah they owe us nothing though.... Damn dude go take an economics class or something. Oh and don't forget out tax dollars spent on these stadiums even sometimes against public interest Because local politicians had their palms greased to vote against their own people... plus don't forget about the NFL being tax exempt for most of their existence.... But then again the government will use our money again to bail them out if they start to really fail.

Remember, every dollar you spend on any pro sports league or other entertainment, short of tax dollars, is voluntary not compulsory. You willingly spend those dollars for what? Show others who you like via hats and jerseys? Nobody cares but the league and owners. And exactly what jobs taken out of the economy? Sorry but you’re the one that needs an economics class. Yes capitalism is a two way street. Someone has an idea for a product or show. They take a risk investing their money for a chance at success. To make it work they need help, employees. They make an agreement on tasks and compensation. That son is where the sharing and being “owed” stops. You’s can’t get in here and spout socialist ideology then claim not to be a communist. As for tax dollars, you nailed it, either the citizens vote to participate or their elected officials make a deal for them by proxy. That’s how a constitutional republic works. Now not everyone agrees or even wants to play along, but that’s how representative government works. So again, no league owes any fan anything but a quality product that attracts their dollars. You buy what you want and leave the rest. Don’t agree, don’t spend those dollars there.

I think Dave purposely made this video with TMZ to get out of the meeting, there is no way he can say this publicly and think the NFL won't cancel it.
