We transition five courses from cocktail hour, to appetizers, to soups/salads, main course & dessert flawlessly. Hey man. Love how you get the family involved and get it done as well. Very professional like those little touches with the cleaning of the front of the grill and how you take your time being careful to tray up the food. Those little touches make a big difference.
