thanks for the video . but what if the cylinder got oil from bad oil ring ? does the pressure will be high ? thanks

Sorry for the late response! If the compression AND oil rings are weak/bad, the oil coming past the oil rings will help the compression rings seal and compression will look pretty normal. Although at that point, the engine will likely be smoking badly. If only the oil rings fail, it will just help the compression rings seal well, but not add any compression. If left long enough, the build up in the cylinder from all that oil going through it will build enough carbon to take up some of the clearance, then you would have a rise in compression. But by that point it would have used so much oil the owner could have paid to have it rebuilt!
