Back in the band days I saw these guys at mini fest before I’d ever heard of them. Holy sh*t I never forgot them after their performance . They completely stole the show. One of the best bands Iv seen live. Gutted we dropped off the bill in the end, would have been sick to have played with them

I have never understood why a band would waste the opportunity to expand and explore their song and concept in a music video, by showing people exactly what they will see if they go see them live. bands play instruments. I see now, oooOOOo. for such an emotionally charged band, could they not take us on a journey visually. that's the whole idea of a music video. this isn't a criticism of DSHS but this whole industry, and the trend/era heavy music has been progressively chasing over atleast a decade.

Music videos a vast majority of the time are another artist's interpretation of a band's art but limited by who funds it. Sometimes bands make their own thing but a lot of time it's a hired director that will have the vision of the video and the band does what they're paid to do in it
