I found a great recipe for a bevarage a while back, and just tweaked it to my liking: you brew tea (I used hibiscus), let it steep, sweeten it, and let it cool in the fridge over night. The next day, you fill it into a ice cube tray, and freeze it. When that's frozen, you fill as many ice cubes into a glass as your heart desires, and then you pour sparkling water over it. So good

We both agreed to use less honey next time though. I live in Southern California, but have in-laws in NW Arkansas. I always forget that what Southern folk refer to as sweet tea is on a whole other level than what we’re used to out west. 😂

I'm excited to hear that you're showing how to grow & how to use it in the kitchen. I watched R&R earlier & learned several things about growing basil. I've grown sweet basil for years, but last summer I had trouble with it and with my first attempt with Tulsi. I'm guessing it was getting too much sun during a very hot summer. So I'm going to rectify that this year & try Tulsi again. Thank you! 😊
