IMPORTANT NOTE: Apparently screen-recordings are taken in mono (as opposed to stereo), so you can't really hear what I'm talking about when referring to sounds happening in the left and right ears -- go check the original and you'll be able to tell!

I had to do just that. I was like, what’s he talking about? Trying to trip us up, lol?!😂 It’s clear in their original. Props to their sound engineer. 🎶👏

You are obviously a well educated and well trained young man. You have the ability do an analysis that is both informed and enlightening. And you do it so most anyone can understand. You have such a great ear for detail. I always hear many new things when you react to a performance, because I miss so much on my own. Thank you for all the time you take with each song. Now, I have a suggestion for you that I tossed out to Tim. Both of you could make a killing by taping readings of Grimm's Fairytales --- you know, the really scary originals, as well as urban legends. I would love to play something like that for my great grandsons and scare the pants of them. I'm not what you would call a typical Grammy. I would be honored to help you it what small way I can. In my opinion, what is sorely lacking in today's educational system is music and art that can be incorporated into and coordinated with teaching plans.

Home Free never ceases to amaze me!! Of all the songs I've heard and the few CDs I have, I must say my favorite is when they sang the National Anthem at a baseball several years ago! They split that harmony until there was mercy begging, then just "knocked it outta the park!!" Yes, I HAD to go there! If you can find it, give it a listen! Brought tears my eyes, and my Dad's! He really liked Home Free! 😭💖💖🐕🐾🐾👵🇺🇸

Hey, Peter. Great reaction and analysis. Really like these videos as I am a music nerd myself and I like how you explain some stuff that I have never noticed before and when you give the audience a different perspective on the song/arrangement that we could never think of in a million years. I think it is really cool and I am glad you started doing these and you have a voice yourself. Love your work as a one man acapella arranger/performer and as an opera singer. You do both genres very well and that is awesome and it shows that you are a true musician and not just a singer. Also, I think the stache suits you man. I am growing mine out as well. Also, I think you should also consider covering a classic country song such as this. That would be really cool to see. Also, a few questions: 1) When are you and/or the Bass Gang gonna drop another banger? 2) What is chest fry? I heard you say it not in this video, but a few other one's and I was wondering if you can explain that or make a video explaining that or maybe a tutorial on it. Keep up the great work and looking forward to future content! 👍

Hi Peter, my name is Anthony, and I'm a huge fan of you and your channel. I know you might not read this but I promise it'll be worth it. I was watching your reaction of Merry Did You Know, and I saw you mentioned that you didn't know who wrote the song. Mark Lowry is the one who wrote this song in the late 1990's, (I believe 1996) and he is one of my favorite baritones in one of my favorite Southern Gospel groups, Gaither Vocal Band. If you really want to hear a beautiful group, listen to Gaither Vocal Band. My favorite song from them is "Sinner Saved By Grace" definitely worth a listen, and if possible, a reaction!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for those who are celebrating btw🙏🏼

Home Free has done a little more quarantince videos before their cover for the Gambler came out. The quarantine really showed us how they could still pull of a fancy and catchy video while on lockdown. another one of my favorite "quaran-tween" video of theirs is their "Down to Honkytonk", "Everybody Walking This Land", "Diamond Dreams" I'm very new to your channel and I know you've already seen some of Home Free's most well-known works (Mayday, Do You Hear What I Hear, Helplessly Hoping, Ring of Fire, How Great Thou Art), but I would love it if you could check some of their covers that are oftenly not talked about, such as: - Man of Constant Sorrow (pit viper moment?) - My Church - Your Man - Thinking Out Loud - Can't Help Falling In Love (Tim's cover) - My Country Tis of Thee

Again I have to comment on your reaction which is oh so much more than a regular reaction. You break things down to levels that ordinary musicians and vocalists normally wouldn’t notice. I love love love listening to backup harmonies and did notice how they were mixed so brilliantly. But I haven’t heard the Gambler in a few years. Gotta go back and check out how they emulate those guitar runs. Also, it’s great when you don’t “dumb it down” for your channel. Keep the musical terms coming. Your explanation of how to project your operatic voice so it cuts through the orchestra, mic-less, was exceptional. You definitely have a new fan in me. I do some of the very same things you do when I analyze a new song. It’s cute and endearing. Keep reacting!!🎶☺️⭐️
